My feedback is to accompany every post with some sort of visual. I am sure you have access to thousands of stock photos. Also, I would remove the admin panel on the bottom. Also, where is the RSS button. I would snag one from Feedburner and put it in your contact section. Finally, a weekly poll gives you a reason to extend your blogs olive branch into channels often. Depending on your blog service you can use theirs or free widgets. That’s it!
